There once was a school counselor who was described by her students as supportive, helpful, caring, nice, hardworking, kind, affectionate, generous and amusing. Mrs. Tami Brown is all these things and more to the students and staff at PMS. Thank you Mrs. Brown for all you do for us. Happy School Counselor appreciation week. We love you!!

On Thursday December 12, 2024 from 4:00-6:00, Mrs. Cottle, Technology Integration Specialist and STEM teacher, hosted a community open house for students and families in the Peterstown PK8 STEM Lab to showcase Computer Science Education and Coding. Many people attended the event which featured a variety of hands-on coding and robotics materials for students and families to explore. Several teachers assisted such as Janet Haag and Amy Miller, and several PMS Robotics Club members assisted with robot activities and let students try out the robots they have built for competition. Mrs. Cottle would like to thank the families who brought their children and participated in the event as well as those who helped! This is the second year she has hosted this event. This annual event will be held the second Thursday in December each year for National Computer Science Education Week and Hour of Code.
