Today, students enjoyed organic, locally grown baked potatoes for lunch. These potatoes were raised by J & K Farms in Frankford, WV and prepared by the hard-working cooks in Monroe County Schools. Thank you to the cooks for your dedication in feeding our students.

During the month of October, students in Monroe County Schools have enjoyed fresh ground beef in some of their meals. This beef was grown and processed locally in Monroe County. In the near future, students at MCTC will be processing this ground beef into hamburger patties for all students. Thank you to all who are helping to make this great endeavor happen. #WVFarmtoSchool #farmtoschool
