
This is a reminder that there will be a volunteer training at Mountain View School this evening beginning at 5:30.

PES students learned about Veteran’s Day on Thursday. They hosted a flag ceremony that was led by the local American Legion and Col Womack spoke to students about the importance of Veterans. Third grade students honored our local Veterans with a song.Thank you to all our Veterans and active military!











VB plays Tuesday at 830 am. If they win, they play again around 630 pm. We wish them good luck! We are proud of them! 😊

All Monroe County Schools will operate on regular schedule tomorrow, Nov 6.
There is a planned power outage in Union and Pickaway, but it will have minimal effect on MVS.

If you can’t make it to the Regional Volleyball Game on Wednesday night , you can watch it on the Greenbrier Valley Channel. Our volleyball team will be taking on the Westside Renegades at JMHS at 6pm on 11/6. Our volleyball team is 1 win away from making it to the State Tournament, so let’s all come out and cheer them on or catch the action on the Greenbrier Valley Channel. Tournament games are only $4.99 ! Good luck to our Lady Mavericks!

Title 1 family math night at PES November 6th from 4:00-7:00 PM


On Wednesday, November 6, there will be Open House at all Monroe County Schools locations. The time is from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM. Each school has lots of exciting things planned. Please come out and meet your child's teacher.


This past week PMS celebrated red ribbon week. The theme was “Life is a movie. Film drug free.” Students were treated to a movie on Friday. We want to give a huge shout out to Johnny Spangler with Jumpin’ Johnny’s Popcorn for the donation to the school! 🍿 🎥 🏴☠️




JMHS will be hosting a BOO Fest on Wednesday, Nov. 6th.
For JMHS students- 2:00 til 3:30
For public- 4:00 til 6:30
There will be food, drinks, carnival games, crafts and a rock climbing wall. Please come out and support the clubs and teams at JHMS as they raise money for their team and/or club.
